Entrepreneurship Education in Engineering in the 21st Century

Prof. Babatunde A. Ogunnaike, the Dean of Engineering School of the University of Delaware, visited The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (“CUHK(SZ)”) on July 15th.

                                                                                                                           

Prof. Babatunde A. Ogunnaike, the Dean of Engineering School of the University of Delaware, visited The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (“CUHK(SZ)”) on July 15th. He gave a wonderful lecture "Entrepreneurship Education in Engineering in the 21st Century ". Professor Ogunnaike was elected to fellowship of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering and was elected to the US National Academy of Engineering in 2012. He has published several academic books and achieved great success in his research area.

                                                                                                                           

The lecture was held at the Board Meeting Room and attracted many students from CUHK(SZ), including freshmen for fall 2015 and some of their parents. Prof. Ogunnaike shared his experience on engineering education in the University of Delaware. He emphasized the importance of creativity and innovation in education and the Entrepreneurship for engineering.
