Visit of Syracuse University

Prof. Brad Gorham, Chair and Associate Professor of Communications and Director of Media Studies, Prof. Hua Jiang, Associate Professor of Public Relations, and Prof. Makana Chock, Associate Professor of Communications from Syracuse University (Syracuse), visited CUHK-Shenzhen on 19 June 2019.

The purpose of this visit is to explore collaboration opportunities in Bachelor-Master Arrangements and student exchange programs between CUHK-Shenzhen School of Humanities and Social Science (HSS) and Syracuse Newhouse School of Public Communications. The guests were received by Prof. Xitao Fan, Dean of HSS, Prof. Yufan Hao, Director of Global Studies program and other representatives.     

Founded in 1870, Syracuse University (commonly referred to as Syracuse) is a private, coeducational, research institution located in the heart of Central New York. Students can choose from 200 advanced degree programs across Syracuse’s 13 academic units.
