RSADC: Fantastic Debate Competition

RSADC·Fantastic Debate Competition came to an end on April 27. After fierce debating in the preliminary round on April 13 and 14, three teams made it to the final. They were Speak Nicely(好好说话队), Ga Rui(噶瑞队), and Good Debate Teammates, NOT Necessarily Couples (好辩手不需要成双成队). We've seen great brainstorming and verbal sparkles in the competition. Four debate tutors were invited to give professional pre-competition guidance to contestants. They were Prof. Darcy Song, Dr. Chen Liangliang, Dr. Li Bohan and Dr. Xiao Yang. Among them, Prof. Song introduced the background knowledge and debating skills. Dr. Chen, Dr. Li and Dr. Xiao also provided instruction accordingly for three teams in brainstorming.

On April 27, RSADC·Fantastic Debate Final kicked off with humorous self-introductions of the four tutors and debaters. After three rounds of competition, Good Debate Teammates, NOT Necessarily Couples won the championship; Ga Rui Runner-up and Speak Nicely Second Runner-up. Di Yinfeng, from the team of Good Debate Teammates, NOT Necessarily Couples won the honorary title of "Best Speaker". We look forward to seeing you next time!
