Sungkyunkwan University Visited CUHK-Shenzhen

An information session was successfully held in Teaching Building D. A detailed introduction of SKKU and the International Summer Semester (ISS) was given by Ms. Choi.  ISS is a fully-English-taught summer program which lasts for 4 weeks (each year from June to July). It offers multiple cultural activities including visiting Gyeongbokgung Palace and Korean Folk Village, and watching Korea's unique non-verbal comedy show “Nanta”. Since 2018, CUHK-Shenzhen has sent 22 students to this program.

Sungkyunkwan University, as a world-class research university with a proud history of over 600 years, which is widely recognized for the excellence in research and teaching. SKKU ranks 82nd in 2019 Times Higher Education Rankings and 15th in QS Asia University Rankings. SKKU has established collaboration relationship with CUHK-Shenzhen in Student Exchange Programme and Summer Programme since September 2016.
