Dr. Nick Godfrey, Director of Summer Programs of Girton College, University of Cambridge visited The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen on 28th November 2019.

 

Dr. Godfrey was warmly welcomed by Mr. Paul Ke, Director and other representatives from the Office of Academic Links (OAL). The purpose of the visit is to review the current collaboration in summer school, and to discuss the details of the new summer school program offered by Griton.

 

 

An information session of Girton Summer Programs was successfully held at Room 102 Teaching Building A. Dr. Godfrey shared the program information and experience, and answered the students’ questions.

 

 

Founded in 1869, the Girton College is distinctive for being Britain’s first residential college for women offering education at degree level. Up to now, the student body is made up of around 500 undergraduates and 280 graduate students.
