The University of Newcastle, Australia visited CUHK-Shenzhen

Ms. Cher Jones, Director of Strategic Institution Relations at International and Advancement Division of The University of Newcastle (UON), Australia, visited The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen on 8th December 2017.

Prof. Jesús Seade, Associate Vice President for Global Affairs, met with Ms. Jones. Mr. Changqing Ke, Academic Links Director and other representatives from Office of Academic Links attended the meeting. CUHK-Shenzhen has developed cooperation in student exchange and visiting programmes with UON since February 2017. This meeting was to further explore educational cooperation in translation program, staff sharing and so on. 

Established in 1965, the University of Newcastle is a research-intensive institution, which ranks among the top 1% of the world's universities according to the QS World University Rankings 2017/18.
