Visit from Boston University

On 7 February 2018, Mr. Gregg Charron, Program Manager of Boston University Summer Term, visited CUHK-Shenzhen to introduce the program information of BU Summer Term. Mr. Charron was welcomed by Prof. Jesús Seade, Associate Vice President for Global Affairs, Mr. Paul Ke, Director of Office of Academic Links, and other representatives. This year, CUHK-Shenzhen plans to send 50 students to attend BU Summer Term, and 10 eligible students to spend one semester at BU.

Founded in 1839, Boston University (commonly referred to as BU) is a private, non-profit, research university in Boston, Massachusetts. The University was ranked 39th in National Universities by U.S. News & World Report in its 2018 rankings. Among its alumni and current or past faculty, the university counts 8 Nobel Laureates and 23 Pulitzer Prize winners.
