【Lecture Review】Bionic functional materials with ordered structure prepared by ice template method
Lecture Abstract
After long-term evolution, biomaterials have achieved many enviable properties by constructing complex and ordered multi-scale structures with limited material components. Therefore, learning from nature has gradually become an effective way to develop new materials. In the further study of shell, plant stem, polar bears on the basis of the excellent properties of biological materials, such as MAO BaiHao teacher and his team use ice template method, 3 d printing materials such as assembly, to the several kinds of typical biological materials multi-scale complex orderly structure and function of imitation, the preparation of a variety of application prospect of intelligent bionic materials. The technology of freezing spinning was invented, which imitated the infrared stealth property of polar bear fur and developed the efficient thermal insulation fabric with ordered multistage hole structure. The material has important potential applications in military camouflage and other fields, which has received great attention from academia and industry. The bidirectional frozen ice formwork method was invented to imitate shell and pearl layers, and a new technology for the controlled preparation of lightweight and high-strength composites was developed.A new polymer composite material with the characteristics of self-repair and intelligent response is developed, which is expected to prolong its service life as a structural material in aerospace and other fields.
