Undergraduate Open Day | A Tour to CUHK-Shenzhen in April

CUHK-Shenzhen's Undergraduate Open Day was held on April 27th. More than 3,000 parents and students from all over the country visited the campus to explore the beautiful campus, excellent facilities and unique culture. A live streaming service was provided, allowing parents and students thousands of miles away to join the event online. The streaming reached over 10,000 views.  

The Open Day arranged an array of activities to let the guests find out about CUHK-Shenzhen. Professor Yangsheng XU,  President of CUHK-Shenzhen, Vice President Prof. Shiping ZHU, and Associate Vice President Prof. X.Q. CAI were present to introduce of the University’s overall situation, educational philosophy and admissions policies. There were also students and parents sharing their experience with CUHK-Shenzhen with the guests.

Schools (School of Management and Economics, School of Science and Engineering, School of Humanities and Social Science, School of Life and Health Sciences), colleges (Shaw, Diligentia, Muse, Harmonia), research institutions (Robot Institute of CUHKSZ, Shenzhen Research Institute of Big Data),  and departments (Career Services Office, Academic Links Office, Center for Innovation Design & Entrepreneurship, University Art Centre, Library, Registry Office) had their representatives to introduce their distinctive features and colourful activities. Followed after were the demonstration of students' entrepreneurial projects and diverse clubs. 

The event became a good opportunity for the participants to find more about the educational model and the campus life of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.
